Return Policy and Refund

RETURN POLICY

Ghcarparts will strive to deliver goods and services that are of satisfactory quality and fit for your intended purpose. However, should you need to return or exchange any goods or services that are not of satisfactory quality nor fit for your intended purpose, you have up 48hrs to do so. 

We are happy to facilitate a refund or exchange of unused items returned within 48 hours of purchase. If the item is faulty, we will facilitate a refund or an exchange where possible. You may use our delivery service to return your item at a cost or by any means of your choice to return a product you wish to be refunded. If the item to be returned was collected from the local store, whether paid online or in-store, the quickest way is to return the item to the particular local store with your invoice or order confirmation email or text message. Any product returned for refund must not be reduced in value and be in the same condition and packaging as during the sale as all returned products will be inspected before refund is applied. Your refund will be processed within 48hrs of the product being received for refund. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We are also happy to exchange a product you bought through our Site/App, where possible, if for any reason there be a need for exchange. We can facilitate the exchange of a product up to 48hrs after purchase as long as it meets the conditions of our return policy.

You may use our delivery service to return your item at a cost or by any means of your choice to return a product you wish to exchange. RETURN OF SPECIALIST PRODUCTS

Not all products can be returned. Certain products are considered as specialist products for legal and/or health and safety reasons. It is important for you to confirm with the seller if you are unsure your product falls under this specialist products.

Products that are ordered internationally by Ghcarparts upon a customer request will fall under such exclusive products and you will need to confirm the refund or exchange terms with Ghcarparts prior to order confirmation.

CANCELLATION

We may be able to cancel your order depending on the product or stage of the service that has been ordered. However, we may be unable to amend the details of your order once it has been submitted.

As such, it is important and your responsibility to ensure that information especially of delivery address such as house number and phone number are accurate. Any misinformation or inaccurate information you provide prior to a delivery service being initiated will be charged.

Any product that is not successfully delivered due to inaccurate information may be cancelled and refunded but the delivery service may be charged if the service is initiated
